The comfortable studio apartment is in a quiet and sunny location with great panoramic views of the surrounding area. The apartment is renovated and can accommodate 1-4 people. The kitchen is well equipped and the spacious balcony also has a gas grill. The indoor pool and sauna area are also renovated and invite you to relax. The vacation park is located in the heart of the Upper Allgäu and is the ideal starting point for hiking, mountain biking, ski tours or swimming at the Alpsee.

In the apartment there is a kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, TV, CD and DVD player. The apartment is equipped with new laminate floors in the living and bedroom, the corridor has been tiled. Smoke detectors are installed. Suitable for allergy sufferers. Towels are available for you in sufficient quantity.

Ferienpark Oberallgäu, House 1

The bright and light-flooded holiday flat "Ferienpark Oberallgäu" is located in Missen-Wilhams and offers you direct access to a ski lift as well as a wide range of summer leisure activities in the surrounding area. Within a few minutes' drive you can reach several skiing areas as well as hiking and cycling routes and lakes. The 47 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can accommodate up to 4 people.

Attic with sauna and gallery

This stylish place to stay is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. After an extensive hike, the sauna awaits for relaxation. The bed in bedroom 1 is equipped with a Dynaglobe air core mattress and can be adjusted to your needs by remote control. On request, 6 people can also be accommodated in the apartment. There is a mattress (1.40 x 2 m) in the gallery for this purpose. Access to the apartment is currently still via an easily accessible staircase.

Idyllic guest room with sauna/Allgäu, Lake Constance

The guest apartment with a view of the adjacent FFH area is located in our house in a separate area (soundproof door) with a separate entrance. You can enter the apartment at any time using the code and lock it with the code. The room and bathroom have underfloor heating or cooling in summer. A cot (120x60 cm) and a high chair are available on request. The sauna can be booked (€25 for a slot, about 3-4 hours incl. Sauna towels).

Missen-Wilhams is a perfect starting point for all hikers, cyclists, skiers, cross-country skiers, as you have everything right at your doorstep. After your leisure activities, you can relax in the on-site swimming pool and sauna, have a cozy glass of wine on the balcony with evening sun or sit together in the bar with locals and other holiday guests in a sociable atmosphere. Several restaurants are within walking distance.

Enjoy the charm of a farm with amenities of the present time. Peace and relaxation can be found in the cozy apartment and in the garden. The forest invites you for walks. Perfect relaxation in all seasons in the Rose apartment. A small shop as well as bus stop is 2 km away and supermarket about 5 km away. The tourist tax fee applies on site; currently €1/day from 16 years; Issue of an Allgäu Walser card is not possible

Studio apartment ZIRBE in Oberstaufen-Steibis

The apartment (approx. 27 square meters) offers a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, a seating area with a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. A fridge, stovetop, toaster, kettle and coffee maker are also available. In addition to the price of the apartment, the spa tax must be paid to the municipality. This is 3 euros per person per night.
