Cozy apartment on historic 4-sided courtyard

In the historic village street is our communal 4Seitenhof. The apartment is located in the eastern former stable building and has been lovingly renovated and equipped. It consists of an open plan living, dining and sleeping area with small shower room and terrace to the courtyard. The kitchen has, among other things, a fridge with freezer, a stove with oven and a dishwasher. Garden use is possible. Also visit the curious alpaca in the neighboring village (additional costs).

The Apartment is located in Brandenburg’s most famous former ‘Lost Place’ and today historical site Beelitz-Heilstätten, built in 1902 as a sanatory. The building has been completely renovated and luxuriously modernized while keeping its charme and preserving historic details. As a designer, I designed the loft's bespoke interior myself using eco-friendly, high quality materials only. The building is surrounded by a large , parc-like, community garden and a private forest.

In Berlin's neighborhood and nearby Potsdam in Fresdorf on the Große Seddiner See near the highway A 10. Enjoy RAUSzeit and relax. Just for two! The large apartment offers two open spaces for real rest. In the morning, watch the cranes over the espresso or greet the fox by the glass of cool wine in the evening, all included. Here you start to the state garden show Beelitz or to the Beelitzer Spargelstrasse, to Einstein to Caputh an der Havel. Want to do it?

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

This coachman's house in a scenic location near the Potsdam lakes and the UNESCO World Heritage Site Prussian Park and Cultural Landscape is a perfect retreat from which to start great tours to the nearby (Caputh with Einsteinhaus, Sanssouci Castle, Cecilienhof Castle, Babelsberg Castle, Babelsberg Film Studios) and distant (Berlin) surroundings. The more than 100-year-old two-storey coachman's house has been converted into a monumental 50 m² house.

The apartment is only 15 minutes from Potsdam and 25 minutes from Berlin by public transport. It is comfortably furnished and has a modern kitchen, a new bathroom and a private parking space right in front of the door. Perfect for a relaxing stay!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The historic manor house with completely renovated and modern interior welcomes guests from all over Europe. The Fläming, the Temnitz and Garzer mountains are right outside the front door. Cultural offerings in Brandenburg a.d. Havel, Bad Belzig can be reached in 20 minutes by car. Potsdam and Berlin are about 40 minutes away.

Life on the pony farm

The vacation rental is located right in the middle of our four-sided farm. When you step out the front door, you are right in the green inner courtyard. Our tenants and guests like to meet at the large wooden table for barbecuing, chatting, playing table tennis or drinking after-work beer. In winter, the action then shifts to the conservatory and the fireplace.
