Charming cottage in the countryside at 200 m from the beach (equipped with restaurants and bars), in absolute tranquility. All rooms are situated on the ground floor. It consists of a double bedroom, a windowed bathroom with tub and shower, a kitchen-living room with a table for 6 people and a sofa bed for two people. There is a porch adjoining the entrance. In the garden there is a barbecue and a table. At about 1 km (in the center) are: bakery, supermarket, bar, newspapers and tobacco, pizzerias and restaurants, butchers, and pharmacy). From here the coach to Salò, Desenzano and Brescia. TV: italian, english, french, spanish and german channels are available.

Per veri amanti della natura adatto sia al relax che agli sportivi ,con percorsi in bicicletta ed escursioni a piedi, trovandosi nelle prealpi Gardesane in prossimità della Riserva Naturale prato della Noce.L'intero edificio è costruito in pietra e legno, con travi a vista in tutte le stanze;All'esterno troverete tre tavoli con panche dove potrete consumare i vostri pasti o rilassarvi leggendo un libro cullati dallo sciabordio delle acque cristalline del torrente Agna;si trova a 15 km da Salò.

Characteristic ancient alpine hut from beginning of 1900, recently restructured keeping original characteristics, all in stone and larch wood, cropped here. Furnished in a unique and artisan way. It has electricity from a photovoltaic installation, with solar panels for hot water and a floor heating.
