Very nice modern apartment with private garage,air-conditioned city center near shops,restaurants , historic center, 40 m2 on the 3rd and top floor(without elevator). Fully equipped kitchen (fridge,freezer,dishwasher, induction stove,oven,microwave, coffee machine,washing machine,dryer) open to the living room with storage , desk area,TV,an independent bedroom (queen bed) with dressing room, shower room with toilet.
