You will be provided with all necessary for a tasty self made breakfast and coffee-espresso. You will feel like at home!

This is a fully-equipped mini-apartment. There is a kitchen/living-room area and a small balcony. The bedroom is spacious with en-suite bathroom, new double bed, large wardrobe, and sofa. transport to Venice and the Mestre train station is very close. My prices are based on persons per night because I hate to penalize single travellers so please book for the right number of people. We have self check-in but if you prefer to mee a person to show your document you have to pay an extra service.

There is a large and livable living room, in which there is a sofa bed that can be used by two other people; not least the bathroom complete with bidet. Both towels and bed linen are provided (there is a washing machine that can be used freely); in the apartment there is free wi-fi, and it is equipped with smart TV.
