This is a fully-equipped mini-apartment. There is a kitchen/living-room area and a small balcony. The bedroom is spacious with en-suite bathroom, new double bed, large wardrobe, and sofa. transport to Venice and the Mestre train station is very close. My prices are based on persons per night because I hate to penalize single travellers so please book for the right number of people. We have self check-in but if you prefer to mee a person to show your document you have to pay an extra service.

The apartment has its own unique style, colorful and cozy, like Venice itself :-). The place is ideal for a couple or two friends. It can also fit for a family with a child. If you come alone, ask for a special price! It is located in the most beautiful area of Venice - Mestre, Carpenedo. It takes 26 minutes by a direct tram to get to the downtown Venice from here. There is a typical Venetian mask of the sun embracing the moon in the bedroom, that´s why we called the place Sun&Moon. :)

You will find a newly renovated apartment with a full kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds. There is a large and livable living room, in which there is a sofa bed that can be used by two other people; not least the bathroom complete with bidet. Both towels and bed linen are provided (there is a washing machine that can be used freely); in the apartment there is free wi-fi, and it is equipped with smart TV.

Ca' Medici - Central and quiet

Apartment on the second floor in a typical 19th-century Venetian building. Very bright and located in the historic center with many shops and services, but away from the hustle and bustle. The entrance is shared with the apartment manager, but completely separate. Only the main entrance and the laundry area are shared. The kitchen is large, while in the main room there is a double bed and a small living room.

The location is very central to Venice in 10 minutes by bus, otherwise by tram, and a 15-minute walk from the station where you will find airport shuttle service. and a two-minute walk, supermarket ,restaurant ,and McDonald's.
