In addition, the apartment offers its own outdoor terrace with seating and an umbrella. Private parking is available.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, dishwasher, sink, fridge/freezer, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, microwave. The bedroom is equipped with a box-spring bed 180 × 200 cm. There is also a dressing room located behind a decorative glass sliding door.

Cozy apartment in Meerbusch-Lank for overnight stays or as a home office alternative The 29 m² apartment is located in the basement of our family house, private access, Wi-Fi, centrally located in a quiet side street with sufficient parking. Excellent connection to Düsseldorf, Neuss, Willich, Mönchengladbach, Krefeld: 3 min to the AB A44/A57. Only 12 km to Düsseldorf Airport and Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre. Bus stop just 200m away.

Beautiful tiny house with garden and terrace

Beautiful newly renovated 22 sqm cottage with private garden and terrace. Through the hallway in the main house you come into the garden, here is the entrance to our small but fine rear house. The floor consists of light exposed concrete with underfloor heating. The old ceiling beams were exposed and oiled. The bathroom floor has the original old Art Nouveau tiles. The small kitchenette was built by us from an old workbench.

Bright, light-flooded apartment, only 100 meters to the U76 to Düsseldorf and the trade fair bus, 500 meters to the Mauritius therapy clinic and a 10-minute walk from the center of Osterath with restaurants and shops. The large kitchen is fully equipped. In the living room, there is a large sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and the small south balcony is a great place to relax. A washer-dryer is available in a separate room.

Our single-family home has a spacious, separate floor on the 1st floor with sloping ceilings and charming, super cozy furnishings in a quiet location and close to the Rhine for max. 4 people. The guest floor is of course only available to the guests who have booked. Both bedrooms have a modern and very quiet Daikin Duo split wall air conditioning R32 with the wall unit model FTXP35N.
