The property is located opposite Kaiserswerth and 6.2 km from Meerbusch. Downtown to Düsseldorf is 19 km (24min), to Düsseldorf Airport 16Km (17min), to Messe Düsseldorf 15 km (20min). Ruhig located just off Rheindamm, the house surrounds a 10,000 sqm garden. The house itself, built in 1958, is two-story with about 370 square meters of living space. There are two spacious living rooms . The furnishing is modern classic. The house is suitable for families and trade fair visitors (companies).

Villa Issum is history. The monumental villa dates from 1914, has been completely renovated into group accommodation and is fully equipped, without affecting the authentic atmosphere. The beautiful terrazzo still adorns the floors. The house is located in Germany in the village of Issum, only a 30-minute drive from Venlo. The atmosphere is friendly, cozy and there are always fresh flowers. Play a game of jeu de boules and have breakfast in the morning sun on the terrace in the garden.

This amazing old villa was built around 1930 and was renovated shortly and is therefore equipped to the latest standards. It is in our private use and everything made with love and passion. It has 4 bedrooms (3 double rooms of 35, 25 and 14 sqm and a single room of 8 sqm), a large living room, a dining room, a kitchen and 2 bathrooms (15 sqm and 5 sqm) and a guest toilet. The garden is almost 1000 square meters. We are looking forward to our first AirBnB experience.
