Flat in the old “Ponitzer Mühle” - mill

The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no baking oven (only stove) and no TV (but WiFi). You'll find bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Parking lot is available.

The small apartment is located in the middle of a gardening property on the ground floor of the landlord's house. The access is via a paved dirt road. The entrance is accessible via the rear courtyard. By car you can drive almost directly to the front door, through the idyllic garden area and the kitchen garden. Attention: In summer, parking is limited by falling apples (under apple tree). In front of the property is a parking space that can also be used.

This charming apartment is located on the 1st floor of a lovingly restored, listed building and offers a unique ambience. Everything is housed in a spacious space, only the bathroom is demarcated. The open-plan living, sleeping, cooking and dining area is flooded with natural light from morning to evening thanks to the high ceilings and large wooden windows. Overall, a bright, friendly atmosphere awaits you that invites you to feel good.

Our vacation rental is located in the outskirts of Zwickau. The city center is easily accessible both by bus (stop about 50 m away) and within walking distance. In the immediate vicinity, there is the possibility of extensive walks in the countryside, for example on the banks of the Mulde. In addition, Zwickau offers many attractive sights, such as the Robert Schumann House, August Horch Museum or the Priestly Houses.

The entrance to the city park is 20 metres away. There is a beer garden with wonderful food in the middle of the park and a famous Michelin (1) restaurant very close by.

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water. Despite the quiet location, it is not far to the nearest shopping (3 min. by car, 10 min. by bike). The A4 highway exits can be reached quickly in about 7 minutes.
