Furnished private floors with huge amounts of space. Large terrace, balcony and garden in beautiful historic villa from the 19th century. century in a quiet suburban location of Eberswalde. Downtown is within walking distance. Quiet, green and close to nature, park with stream and ponds (former mill). Therefore, please arrange in advance for guests with children. Ideal starting point for excursions (Chorin Monastery, Uckermark, Oderbruch). If required, the 60 square meter salon on the piano nobile can be rented.

The small castle of Lanke is situated in the historic park designed by Peter Joseph Lenné. The architect of the building itself is Eduard Knoblauch, and its traditional spirit has been brought back to life after an extensive renovation. Amateur chefs can indulge their passion in the fully equipped Bulthaup kitchen. Nature lovers can enjoy the garden & private terrace and the many opportunities the area has to offer: four lakes within walking distance and many cycle paths through the region.

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the lakeside resort Lubmin. It is a unique wood-clad architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and state-of-the-art interior design, which leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel right at home.

Thatched cottage country doctor - secluded location 3,000 m² property

Our beautiful thatched house (BJ 1995) is located away from tourism in the quiet village of Pruchten. It's surrounded by meadows and paddocks. From the two terraces you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view over the 3000 m ², partly natural plot (Ginster) and the countryside. The Bodden can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Very close to the house, the bike path runs in the direction of Zingst (about 20 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach), Prerow or Barth.

The large manor house is a real rarity on the Baltic Sea coast: On 450 square meters over three floors extend the living and sleeping rooms, a large country house kitchen and an exclusive spa area with its own sauna and relaxation area. A panoramic terrace surrounds the house to the south-west, with a view of the Gutspark. Each of the five bedrooms has a seating area with TV, a private bathroom and a dressing room.
