beautyful Apartment at the sea

we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! First floor: 2 bedrooms + bathroom Upper floor: kitchen-living room with sofa bed, toilet, terrace. Gallery: lots of books + 3 more beds. In a few minutes you can walk to everything you need: shopping, restaurants, cinemas and the river + boat rental. We also have plenty of beautiful scenery. Need more hustle and bustle? The property is separated from Lake Plau by only a low-traffic side road. The amenities leave nothing to be desired. In front of the house is a beach with seasonal gastronomy. In a few minutes you can reach two restaurants, a kiosk, the marina with motorboat rental and the ferry terminal. A parking space for two vehicles is right by the house. Linens and towels are included in the price. The house was completely renovated in February 2019.

Private entrance to the apartment from the street. About 50 m from the harbour. It all oozes authentic townhouse romance.
