Your accommodation is located southwest of the city centre and is in the "Grüne Mitte" - an exceptionally large and green residential quarter in the Kumpfmühl district. The old town can be reached by bus, bike or car in about 10 minutes. The apartment is located 2.6 km from the city centre/ approx. 30 minutes on foot. The accommodation, which consists of a 35 sqm living and sleeping area including bathroom, can be reached via a separate entrance (terrace).

Adjacent to the nature reserve is our romantic chalet, which invites you to spend relaxing days together as a couple. With magnificent views, you can look over the Pegnitztal and relax. Relax in the hot tub with waterfall, enjoy the warmth of the Swiss pine infrared chairs or simply feel comfortable on the covered terrace and listen to the rippling of the spring.

Attic loft Leonberg air-conditioned and pool

The spacious and bright attic apartment (100 m²) can accommodate 4-5 people. The air-conditioned bedroom has a double bed and a cot for 2 children. The living room with air conditioning also has a pull-out sofa bed. For shared use, our garden with pool, trampoline, large meadow for playing football, fire bowl and barbecue is available. We are located exactly between Regensburg and the Upper Palatinate Lake District (approx. 20 km).
