You will spend your vacation in a quiet new development area that is only a 10-minute walk from Lake Steinberg. The newly built apartment (year of construction 2020) has high-quality new equipment via fiber optic (Wi-Fi and wired Internet), a new Samsung TV and underfloor heating. Lake Steinberg with the largest wooden ball in the world offers many leisure activities. Wakeboarding/SUP/cycling etc.

The spacious and bright apartment in the attic (100 m²) can accommodate 4-5 people. The air-conditioned bedroom has a double bed and a cot for 2 children. The air-conditioned living room also has a pull-out sofa bed. Our garden with pool (season mid-May-September) is available for shared use. Trampoline, large meadow for playing soccer, fire bowl and grill are available. We are located exactly between Regensburg and the Upper Palatinate Lake District (about 20 km).

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Münchshofen is a district of Teublitz, a town in the district of Schwandorf in Bavaria, Germany. The surroundings of Münchshofen are characterized by typical Bavarian landscape, with rolling hills, forests and agricultural areas. Nearby flows the Naab, a picturesque river that winds through the region. The area around Münchshofen also offers many hiking trails and nature trails for outdoor activities.

Cozy, bright and individually furnished apartment, in Bubach an der Naab, with a beautiful garden including barbecue area. On the property there are several seats, hammocks and an outdoor shower with hot water. There are many opportunities for hiking, cycling and water sports in the area. In our in-house SUP rental, boards can be rented. The good location also invites you to visit Regensburg and the artist town of Kallmünz.

Castle Schönberg in Wenzenbach

The castle from 1253 is about 15 minutes by car from Regensburg with all its historic attractions. We rent four double rooms each with a private bath and privat toilet on the first floor. Guests walk on original 17th century pine boards. There is one kitchen for guests. The hosts live on the second floor. The office is on the ground floor. There is also the opportunity for hiking. The bicycle path Regensburg is close by.

Opas Haus

Opa's Haus was renovated in 2023 and furnished with a focus on design. It is located on the first floor and has three rooms, a living/dining room, a private balcony, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub and integrated shower. It is ideal for your stay in the region. It also offers a quiet and cozy countryside retreat. Nevertheless, Regensburg can be reached quickly by car (20 minutes), bus and train.

In the surrounding area there are many opportunities for cycling, diving, hiking, fishing and water sports in the nearby lakes. 10 minutes by car to Lake Steinberg, 18 minutes by car to Lake Murn. Shopping is 6 minutes by car to the nearest town.

Light and air - Artist's house for nature lovers

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
