The Zirben Chalet is located south of Landshut in the municipality of Kumhausen (8 minutes to the old town of Landshut, city bus connection available) surrounded by forest, field and meadows. Enjoy the tranquility in the chalet made of original Austrian highland pine. You can use the natural pool, children's rope swing, trampoline and play castle at your own risk. For a fee, an 11 KW wallbox, electric bicycles or cargo bike for 1 adult plus max. 3 children up to 8 years old or 2 children up to 12 years old can be used.

Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich–in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft, die von Wiesen, Feldern und Wäldern umgeben ist. Die lichtdurchflutete Unterkunft ist mit elektrischen Rollläden und einer Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet. Lebensmittel / Bäckerei gibt es direkt Vorort. Mit dem Bus (Linie 1 - alle 30 Min.) ist man in 20 Min. in der mittelalterlichen Altstadt von Landshut. München ist mit dem PKW innerhalb von nur 60 Minuten erreichbar. Zum Flughafen MUC sind es 40 Minuten mit dem PKW.

Welcome to your small, fine accommodation home. It is only about 15 minutes by car ( 18 km) to the airport port of Munich and the beautiful wellness spa Erding is only about 20 minutes away by car. You will live quietly on the outskirts of the village in a newly renovated tiny apartment & own garage. From 1 person. MVV public transport connection. Central location, short distances to Munich, Landshut, Erding, Munich Airport. Beautiful surroundings. We offer a fully equipped apartment for up to 6 people. For 2 people, overnight stay in spacious living/bedroom. For more people, there is another bedroom and 1 sofa bed. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of the house is centrally located in Moosburg and yet totally quiet. The train station is a 5-minute walk away. Free parking!

Apartment in the countryside

This small 1-room apartment with kitchen and bathroom, all handicapped-friendly and wheelchair accessible, is located in the Holledau. Animals and children run around on our farm. Otherwise, it is quite quiet due to the secluded location. The apartment has its own entrance and a small terrace with lots of greenery for walking. Pets are also welcome for an extra charge (€15.00). During the day you can leave the dogs in the guesthouse next door (register beforehand)

Our accommodation has a bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine. Detergents and cleaning agents are provided. Large kitchen with dining area and small office corner. Living area with large sofa bed and TV. Bedroom with large wardrobe and bed with a width of 1.80. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment. In addition, a towel dryer in the bathroom and a radiator for quick heating in the living area.
