Lulea Guesthouse

WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Free access to bicycles, small boat and fishing equipment. Minimum 4 nights for booking unless otherwise agreed.

Koppla av med hela familjen eller som ensam resenär i detta fridfulla boende "Gummans". "Gummans" ligger i ett naturskönt område med öppna åkrar och kor som går på bete. "Gummans" ligger endast 15 minuters bilfärd från Kallax flygplats. Buss till Luleå från E4 (1,3 km från "Gummans"), färre på helger än veckodagar. 5 km till affär. Utmärkta vandringsleder på sommaren och skidspår på vintern i byn. Ralph Lundstensgården med fantastisk mat och fika, finns i centrala Ersnäs.

Nybyggt attefallshus 24m2 + loft med alla bekvämligheter 6.8 km från Luleå centrum. Till Luleå universitet är det bara 5,3 km. Huset ligger på Hällbacken i Luleås nya bostadsområde, nära naturen med fina motionsspår, 1 km till badstranden. Det finns sovplats till 4 personer, dubbelsäng (140) och madrasser på loftet. Parkeringsplats framför huset.

Välkommen till ett trevligt och ombonat gårdshus med centralt läge – nära till stadens utbud men ändå beläget i ett lugnt och rofyllt kvarter. Vi som värdfamilj bor i huvudbyggnaden på samma tomt och vistas ofta ute på gården. En snäll hund rör sig också fritt på tomten. Vi finns gärna till hands om ni har frågor eller önskemål.
