The quiet location on the Gera River on the edge of the Steigerwald in connection with the proximity to the city and the good transport connections offers an ideal starting point for visits to Erfurt and the surrounding area, as well as for hiking and biking excursions. The Gera bike path leads directly along the house. Business travelers will find quiet and relaxing nights as well as free parking.

The living room offers a comfortable couch as well as a 55 "oled TV with Netflix and MagentaTV. In the bedroom you will find a 1.6x2m bed and from the kitchen you have a nice view of the place. A third person can be accommodated on the pull-out sofa bed in the living room. Early check-in and late check-out possible by arrangement.

We have a year-round ski hall for cross-country skiers and those who want to become one, not far from the apartment in the beautiful Oberhof. The apartment is new and modernly furnished. A fully equipped kitchen is available for guests. It has a garage and a seating area on the terrace for cozy sitting in the evening.

Alles Sehenswerte in Saalfeld kann man zu Fuß erreichen und es gibt eine kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeit hinter dem Haus. Im Eingangsbereich gegenüber befindet sich eine weitere (2 Raum) Wohnung die ich auch über Airbnb vermiete. Der Parkplatz ist Kameraüberwacht.

Our apartment is located in quiet forest surroundings but within walking distance to Sonneberg town centre. It is perfect for hikers and mountain bikers, with hundreds of kilometres of trails leading into the Thuringian Forest national park from our front door.
