Erdgeschosswohnung In der Beschreibung steht, dass es sich um einen gemeinsam genutzten Pool handelt. Er wird ab und zu, von uns selbst benutzt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

Modern furnishings, bright rooms, an open layout, and 92 square meters of space. It sleeps 1-6 people. You can relax comfortably on a small balcony. Access is via a separate staircase. We look forward to welcoming guests who want to explore our beautiful Kraichgau region or use it as a stopover on their journey.

Die Wohnung ist hell und durch den geölten Holzboden sehr charmant. Wer sich über einen Blick in den Garten und das Gackern von 3 Hühnern genauso freut wie wir, dann bist Du bei uns richtig. Wir als Familie, mit 3 älteren Kids, freuen uns auf freundliche Begegnungen und möchten Euch den Aufenthalt in Heilbronn angenehm gestalten.
