Welcome to our lovely townhouse in the center of Marstal, where we have done a lot to set the stage for a cozy and relaxing base when you are going to visit our lovely Ärø island sea. The house has a super distribution with 2-3 rooms on the 1st floor and large bedroom on the ground floor, where there is also a living room in open connection to the kitchen. There is also a spacious bathroom with a shower. The whole house is 124 sqm. There is a patio, as well as a garden that provides space to also enjoy the outdoors secluded.

Charming holiday home in a super location, close to water, nature, shopping and city. Sleeps 9 for adults. Possibly room for more if some of the guests are small children. Location in the cozy southern part of Marstal, with a short distance to the marina, forest and the beach at "Erik's tail" with the iconic little beach houses and lovely bathing conditions for both children and adults.
