The home is located on Sydfyn and can be used all year round From May-September, you can book for 6 people. From October to April, the house is intended for 4 people, as the 2 beds are in an unheated annex. Real holiday coziness. 200 m to a child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing for trout and mackerel, among other things. The price does not include linen, cloths, dish towels, towels. This can be purchased for 75,- (10 euros) extra/person. Write a message when booking if the linen package is desired. (Annex with two beds is for summer use only)

Half-timbered house in the small town of Lejbølle. Go back in time with lots of patina and low ceilings. 3 wood-burning stoves for the sake of coziness, they are not heat sources (there is a heat pump). Behind the garden is a closed, barbecue, fireplace and old forge iron stove for decoration. There are games and a music system (AUX connector for iPhone is there). The house has a 55” flat screen and Wi-Fi. All beds are Hæstens beds, minimum Superior. I have several houses on Langeland, but this is unconditionally the nicest with a feeling of "old days".

Beautiful cottage with a closed nature ground and view to the golf course. Only 400 meters away from the beach with jetty. The house is very light with a combined kitchen and livingroom. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with sauna and 1 extra WC. In front of the house there is a beautiful 100 m3 porch. The cottage is equipped with a satellite-TV, DVD-player, WI-FI, microwave, washing machine and a tumble dryer in one. Futhermore there is an outdoor fishing cleaning space and a shed with a freezer.

Huset er lyst og dejligt, indeholder køkken, stue, lille toilet m/brus, 1 lille soveværelse med dobbelt boksmadras (160x200), smal trappe op til hems med dobbelt madras og lille værelse med 2 senge (80x190) til børn. Dejlig terasse, der er grill, solvogne og havemøbler.

This apartment is located in a small village 3 km from Rudkøbing on Midtlangeland. The apartment is in the main house on an old family farm. There is NO kitchen in the apartment, but a small fridge, electric kettle, microwave and service. There is also the possibility (most days) to buy breakfast for DKK 90 per person. (Children under 12 years, DKK 50) On Langeland, there is beautiful nature and nice beaches. The nearest beach is about 3 km away. Svendborg/Fyn (20 km) is not far away.

Welcome to our lovely, refurbished townhouse of 63 m2, which is located in one of Marstal's most idyllic streets, a few minutes' walk from everything. The house is on two floors and has a cozy living room with the possibility of extra beds, a dining room and a nice little kitchen with access to a closed, south-facing courtyard. The 1st floor has two separate bedrooms. You bring your own bed linen, towels, etc. The house is ideal for a family or 2 couples. Smaller dogs are also welcome.

The house is a stone's throw from the harbor and Kalkovnen and within walking distance of the beach, the pedestrian street and shopping. The house has a good atmosphere and is decorated with a combination of authentic and modern details. There is plenty of opportunity for relaxation, cycling and experiences in the nature of Ærø.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.

Deceleration on the island of Ærø

The guest house is just 300 metres from the Baltic Sea coast with sea views. The farmhouse is furnished for self-catering. The sculpture garden invites you to relax, including a swing and sandpit for your youngest. You will surely be watched by the four horses on the flock. The island is ideally suited for "decelerating". This is certainly due to the fact that there are no televisions but many books and a lot of nature. Ærø can be explored by bike, foot or horse.

Modern small home in Svendborg city

Bright and spacious annex - even if it is only 30m2. You can sit in the evening sun on the terrace. There are two sleeping places in the loft and one on the couch in the living room. Located close to Svendborg city center. There is access through a carport to the annex, where you can stay reasonably undisturbed. Note: There's hot water here, even if the listing says otherwise! You must bring your own bed linen, etc.

Our cottage is just a stone's throw from a charming harbor environment, where there is both the opportunity to eat and let the children play in the large playground. The lovely beach, Halen, with a swimming bridge is only 800 meters away, perfect for a day of sun and sea. Shopping opportunities with small shops in the pedestrian street and grocery shopping with a bakery are about 1 km from the cottage.
