Cozy basement apartment in 50's-villa

Welcome to a nice, quiet area close to everything. The forest, Tivoli, local shops and grocery stores are all nearby. The light rail stops 5 min. from here. It will quickly take you downtown. You can also walk to get there. The apartment is in the basement with a private entrance, bathroom and (small) kitchen. Our laundry room is in the basement, but we will coordinate in advance if we need to use it (only relevant for longer stays). Fast Wifi and easy access to the highway. Free parking.

Beautiful house in beautiful natural surroundings close to Aarhus

A 3 bedroom apartment of 80 sqm with beautiful views and outdoor terrace on the ground floor . It consists of 2 bedrooms with 2 -80x200 and 2-90x200 elevation bed, a living room, bathroom with washing machine , dryer, kitchen with dishwasher , fridge , freezer, airfryer, microwave and oven. The apartment is close to Brabrand lake as well as the city of Aarhus. There is parking space in the driveway on the left . The owners live on the 1st floor but there is a separate entrance. No smoking

The place is 20 minutes car ride, 30 minutes bus or tram and 45 minutes bikeride from central Aarhus. Dette skønne sommerhus har et fantastisk lysindfald fra syd og vest til det store alrum med køkken, stue og pejsestue i ét. Huset har mange hyggelige kroge inde og ude og er indrettet med både nye og gamle ting, så det er både praktisk, afslappet og hyggeligt at være i huset. Der er terrasser på alle sider og en stor have fuld af blomster og skovjordbær. Der er 5 minutters gang til den dejligste sandstrand og 25 minutters kørsel til Aarhus med Tivoli, Aros, Den Gamle By, Moesgaard osv.

Lots of sightseeing opportunities such as Marselisborg Palace and "The Infinite Bridge" are within walking distance. The apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom, a balkony and a washing mashine. There is a carport for free parking. Also there is a bus stop less than two minutes away and the bus takes approx 10 minutes to reach the city center.
