Cosy guest house, which is an independent building on the old school . The flat is 51m2 and has a lovely south-facing private 28m2 terrace. Combined kitchen and living room, a toilet/bath, an entry hall and a bedroom with one queen size bed and two bunk beds. The terrace is furnished with garden furniture, and there is wifi, tv, cromecast and parking near the entry door. Two extra beds can be made in the living room. Bonfire hut, tarzan track, hammocks and a large garden with playground.

Relax alone or with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy the long views and the green surroundings. The place is 20 minutes car ride, 30 minutes bus or tram and 45 minutes bikeride from central Aarhus. Theres a 500m2 greenhouse on the plot with a dining area and gas grill, creating an forever summer garden from april to oktober. Dejlig lys og hyggelig lejlighed på 1. sal i historisk ejendom fra 1928 med indhegnet skovlignende have, hvor man kan slappe af efter dagens oplevelser. Huset ligger direkte ud til vej til Aarhus C og med få minutters kørsel til motorvej E45, så der er let adgang til Aarhus og Jyllands attraktioner. Der er 300 m til en lille park med små søer, hvor man kan gå en tur og lufte hund, hvis man har hund med.
