Comfort apartment in the city of Mannheim with parking space in the yard. Just a 6-minute walk to the pedestrian zone. The cleaning fee is only for the final cleaning of the room and not for the kitchen. This must be cleaned by the guest. If the kitchen is dirty, a cleaning fee of €80 will be deducted from the deposit at check-out. Towels and bed linen are changed every 7 days Deposit is due in cash of €300 upon move-in. It will be paid out in cash. Please read the house rules!!!

In the bedroom there is a single bed, 2 mattresses on the floor and a closet. Fully equipped kitchenette with stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and coffee maker. A washing machine (in the basement) is available free of charge. Long-term bookings are possible. One parking space is available free of charge right in front of the house.
