The little house in the dunes

The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

Autonomous waterfront retreat

Come and unwind in this unique cabin located in the heart of the Normandy countryside. The 55m2 cabin comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 living room/kitchen, and a bathroom. Constructed from durable and recycled materials, this refuge has been designed to accommodate you for a peaceful stay in a green setting. However, please be aware that the site is not connected to water and electricity networks, so you will need to be mindful of your energy consumption during your stay.

Welcome to the Kabanon, 50 meters from the port of Le Hâble, its sailing school and restaurants. Grocery store, tennis courts within 150 meters by pedestrian path. You stay in an atypical location, at the foot of the customs trail, and enjoy sea views from your kitchen or bathroom. Enjoy the private terrace, and the evening sunshine in the veranda. Le Petit Chalet de la Plage – Terrace & Garden

Welcome to our charming wooden studio of 25 m² "Le Petit Chalet de la Plage" decorated with care. Ideally located just 300 meters from Portbail beach, this self-catering home offers a peaceful and intimate setting, perfect for a seaside getaway. Nestled on private land where our family house is also located (also offered for rent), this small house is carefully managed by a concierge in our absence.

Romantic retreat in the countryside

Former cowshed, this cosy dwelling has been completely rebuilt and kitted out with a goal to being carbon neutral. It is an intimate one bedroom retreat with central suspended fireplace, modern underfloor heating and water heating from a modern air-air heat pump. Luxury and comfort are assured with dishwasher and washer/dryer, and the setting is completely private for the perfect romantic getaway.

The Belleville Estate Bakery

In the past, bread was baked there. Recently renovated, this small outbuilding, dating back to the 15th century, is immersed in the countryside. Depending on the season, you can see Mont Saint Michel from the mezzanine bedroom. As neighbors, you'll only have horses. Located 2 km from Dragey Beach and 3 km from Genets, departure for crossings on foot to the Mont.

We welcome you to our cottage for 2–3 people, located 1 km from the beach. You will enjoy a superb and unobstructed view of the sea, Tombelaine Island and Mont Saint Michel in a quiet and relaxing environment (see photo 1) No smoking is allowed in the cottage. In July and August, rentals are by the week from Saturday to Saturday

the cottage is located on the heights of the crankset cape where the environment is peaceful , in the heart of the protected natural site of the hatainville dunes in a pedestrian and wooded hamlet that has tennis courts , multisport and pétanque , all this 10/15 minutes walk to the beach by the dunes.
