Close to the historic town of Villedieu les Poeles, less than an hour from Mont St Michel, the D day beaches, just half an hour to some of the most spectacular coastline in lower Normandy.

Waterfront cottage with outdoor hot tub

Cottage on the edge of a 1.8 ha pond, in an 18 ha property with 2-seater hot tub on the outdoor terrace. Direct access to the Paris-London greenway (Chaussy – Gisors section) and the Epte (1st category river) for your walks, bike and kayak rides. Property without neighbors, without any noise. In the Val d'Oise, 10 minutes from Magny-en-Vexin (A15 highway), 10 minutes from the Villarceaux Golf Course and 20 minutes from the Impressionism Museum (Claude Monet Foundation – Giverny).

The little house in the dunes

The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

Casa Moon & its bath on the lake

Casa Moon is designed for 4 people, it offers a real cozy nest. The bed placed in front of the large bay window provides a unique awakening. Cozy & ultra functional, full of charm, it has everything to ensure a great stay. Its office in front of the window will attract lovers of creative retreats and teleworking in the great outdoors. Casa Moon guests have access to a heated Nordic bath with Scandinavian accents in the winter, it is located on the lake, a sublime experience

Charming old half-timbered bread oven, located on the edge of the stream, it consists of: - Living room with a wood-burning stove, - Kitchen, - Upstairs: - shower/WC room accessible by a miller ladder (see photos), -bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed overlooking the stream, accessible by a miller ladder (see photos), Bedroom and bathroom do not communicate. Autonomous waterfront retreat

Come and unwind in this unique cabin located in the heart of the Normandy countryside. The 55m2 cabin comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 living room/kitchen, and a bathroom. Constructed from durable and recycled materials, this refuge has been designed to accommodate you for a peaceful stay in a green setting. However, please be aware that the site is not connected to water and electricity networks, so you will need to be mindful of your energy consumption during your stay.

Sleep in a round dovecote near Etretat

Located 15 minutes from Étretat, Fécamp, 30 minutes from Honfleur, in the quiet of the green Normandy countryside, we have furnished our dovecote in the charm of the traditional materials of the region, with comfort and modern decor, our round dovecote will seduce you, for its cocooning atmosphere. A small kitchen is available for you to have your meals if you wish (small breakfast not provided), as well as a shower room with toilet, a pellet stove for heating.

Kota & a hot Nordic bath on arrival

In a very quiet and green setting, come and enjoy this unusual home, with its warm and natural decor that promotes relaxation. A large glass window, located above your bed, will allow you to watch the stars, the rain fall and the birds twirl above the Kota. Simple and soothing moments to disconnect from your routine. Not to mention its private Nordic bath, which is hot upon your arrival and remains untouched for the duration of your stay

Atypical barn in the countryside, 5 minutes from the sea

Old renovated photo studio of 90 m2 offering a beautiful ceiling height and a skylight. It is located next to our main house in the middle of a 6500 m2 plot. The decor is vintage, ethnic and bohemian. Lunch in the sun or dinner under the skylight, the house is as pleasant inside as it is outside. Particularly suitable for dreamers, artists and travelers, tired of sanitized rentals... Please let me know if you need a different duration

Atypical house right on the water

In a beautiful bucolic setting and by the water, an atypical and inspiring accommodation: the stables of a mill on the Eure. The sound of the river, the song of the birds, the 13th century mill are there for a total change of scenery. The river lends itself to a short swim, a kayak ride or a fishing trip. Fields and forests surround the mill and offer you many bike rides. And what a pleasure to have a picnic by a lake at sunset!

Sea view cabin - Sleep with your feet in the water

Sea view and direct beach access. Purified, the hut will offer you moments (and colors) of rare beauty to relax alone, with family or friends and enjoy: hiking, gastronomy, kite surfing, paragliding, fishing or simply live nature, the rhythm of the tides and rest. It seems that after sleeping in linen sheets we don't go through with it anymore. Its brightness and sound insulation make it particularly pleasant even in winter.

Our cocoon is ideal for spending a unique moment as a couple or for nature lovers because it is located on the edge of the forest and with a superb view of our pond, without anyone opposite. Our property is at the end of a country road away from all homes.
