In the beautiful Sörmländska countryside on road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cottage on the farm Uvsta Östergården. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and shop with furnishings for home and garden. The café serves lighter lunches and has good pastries. Breakfast is available for purchase in the café. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bakarstuga is an older charming cottage of 35 sqm from the 1800s with beautiful views of the fields. Low ceilings!

Enjoy this newly built elegant accommodation with waterborne underfloor heating. 30 sqm + loft. Combined oven/microwave. Smart television With its own patio in the south and barbecue (coal and lighter fluid not included). Located on our property. Close (walking distance) to nice nature, walking paths and nice beaches (see photos). Note: Bed linen is not included but can be provided at a cost of SEK 150/stay (Sheets for 160 bed/2 pillowcases/2 duvet covers). Towels are provided. Own boat and free fishing in the lake, swimming in the lake from a raft or boat (not possible directly from land). Sometimes guests in othe house on the farm uses the same lake. Sauna by the lake that can be rented. Large terrace facing south furnished with dining area, sun loungers and barbecue. WIFI included. Plenty of moose, deer, roe deer and wild boar as well as a rich bird life.

The cabin is located 400 meters off the main road, surrounded by forest and completely quiet. It’s a peaceful, private place in the forest. There are several beds, a full kitchen, and the cabin is heated with a wood-burning furnace or electric heaters. The bathroom includes a shower and washing machine. There’s no Wi-Fi, but mobile reception is great! Pets are welcome. The private driveway has plenty of space for several cars. It's 4 minutes from Malmköping and 15 minutes from Flen.
