Our penthouse (approx. 150 square meters) has a style all its own. The roof terrace is especially great in summer. Absolute feel-good atmosphere right in the city center. We are happy to organize a wine workshop. From Mainz you can make wonderful excursions to the wine regions of Rheinhessen, Nahe, Middle Rhine and Rheingau. The Mainz Carnival is a highlight. From the balcony you can see the Rose Monday parade. Unfortunately, there is a construction site in the neighborhood right now. Therefore, sometimes a little louder.

Our beautiful guest apartment is located in an ecologically renovated half-timbered house in the back of our property in the heart of Mainz-Bretzenheim. The flat is very quiet and in the middle of the countryside. It is completely modernized and is located just a few minutes' walk from the Bretzenheim village center. The Mainzer City, Uni, FH, ZDF, SWR are in the immediate vicinity and easily accessible. The apartment has a living area of 54 sqm and a large terrace over the entire house width with stairs to the garden.

Fußläufig befinden sich viele Wanderwege, Fahrradwege und Weingüter, sowie eine gut vernetzte Gastronomie. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich eine Schlafcouch, die es ermöglicht mit bis zu 4 Personen anzureisen. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz befindet sich auf dem Grundstück

Torhaus in Kemel

Die offene Atelierwohnung im Torhaus ist Teil einer ausgebauten Hofreite aus dem 17. Jahrhundert. Alte Hölzer und freigelegtes Fachwerk sind von Rosenstöcken und einem wunderschönen Garten umgeben. Beim Einrichten haben wir großen Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit gelegt. Bestehendes wurde auf- und umgearbeitet. Ein Großteil der Leuchten, Textilien sowie die Bilder stammen aus unserem Atelier. Dadurch bekommt die offene Architektur ihren besonderen Stil sowie den freundlichen und eigenen Charakter.

Lerne in romantischer Natur das Leben im Tinyhouse kennen. Das nachhaltige Tinyhouse wurde komplett in Eigenleistung entworfen und gebaut. Hoher Anspruch an Design und Materialien sowie ein atemberaubender Blick aus dem Panoramaschlafzimmer lassen keine Wünsche offen. Das verglaste Schlafloft mit Blick in die Natur ist nur eines der Highlights. Die schwebende Küchenzeile, ein Outdoor-Badezimmer, eine umfassende Bibliothek und viele versteckte Details sorgen für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

From this centrally located place, you can be at all important places in no time and enjoy a quiet stay in the middle of Mainz's old town. Many attractions such as the cathedral, the banks of the Rhine, the market... are within walking distance. Freshly renovated and modern, comfortably furnished with a 90 × 200 bunk bed (can be freely arranged for 2 people), 43" UHD smart TV with Magenta TV, small kitchen with appliances and utensils for small meals and bathroom with walk-in shower.

The newly renovated 70 sqm first floor apartment with spacious rooms and a beautiful terrace in a two-family house invites you to relax. The house, surrounded by a large garden, is located on the edge of the forest and is still centrally located in the Rhine-Main area with quick access to the A3 and A66 highways. In a few minutes by car, the airport (17 km) and the cities of Frankfurt (24 km), Wiesbaden (15 km) or Mainz (16 km) with their diverse offerings can be reached.

Due to the proximity to Frankfurt, Mainz, Wiesbaden and only 15 minutes from Frankfurt Airport, you can also take excursions to the surrounding cities and the vibrant metropolis. Our exceptional tiny house is located on a large property with old trees and offers a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding nature. Our tiny house has a bathroom with a freestanding bathtub in front of a panoramic window, a sleeping level accessible via a spiral staircase, a fully equipped kitchen and a sauna in a separate building. Outside, we offer a wooden terrace with pergola, an outdoor shower and a 1700 sqm garden.

The property is located in Dotzheim-Kohlheck, with quick access to the forest. The room with bathroom is about 19 m² and has a workplace with good Wi-Fi connection. The bed has a lying surface of 140 x 200 m. The nearest bus stop can be reached in about 5 minutes' walk and the city center is about 10 minutes drive away. The nearest Rewe or bakery with breakfast option can be reached in 10 minutes walk.
