BALTHASAR RESS Guesthouse am Rebhang im Rheingau

The "Balthasar Ress Guesthouse" is the guest house of the renowned Balthasar Ress winery in the Rheingau. Primarily designed for the winery's own guests, it is also sometimes available to other guests. The architect's house is located in the "Rebhang" settlement, one of the most exclusive and beautiful residential areas in the Rheingau wine-growing region. The settlement is located at an altitude of around 400 m, around 300 m above the Rhine and is surrounded by meadows, vineyards and the forest.

My accommodation is particularly attractive for business travelers who don't feel like staying in the same hotel over and over again; for couples who want to discover Frankfurt or for single travelers with a sense of style and tranquillity.

We are delighted to offer you our newly equipped apartment. It is located in our two-family house, in a quiet residential area in Mainz-Bretzenheim. You can reach your cozy accommodation via a separate entrance. Our house is 300 meters from the bus stop to the city center, which can be reached in seven minutes. You can see Stahleck Castle and Lorch Castle and turn into the premium Rheinburgenweg hiking trail right outside the front door for fantastic hikes.

Feel good in the vineyards

Take a vacation in the luxurious ambiance of our guest house. It is part of our vineyard and integrated into our farm building. Closest neighbour is about 100 m away. The 4-hectare farmhouse is idyllically located among the vineyards and is accessible at ground level on two sides. You can start hiking or cycling directly from the farm. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a wine refrigerator. Beer pong party people please don't book!

Our treehouse near the forest on park-like property offers everything your heart desires. We have set up a comfortable, heated, queen-size air bed (203 x 152 cm) and provide you with bed linen. You have access to an outdoor kitchen with gas grill and swivel grill on an open fire, sink and gas stove. There is light, electricity, and wifi. Sleeping in our tree house is like sleeping under the open sky, except that you don't get wet :-)
