Living in a farmhouse

You will be staying on the ground floor of the converted outbuilding of the farm. Large garden with 2 ponies by a small stream. We produce wood chips for heating on the farm. There are still 20 chickens here, providing fresh eggs every day, and 4 goats. Our dog Jule is very sweet. A small sauna and a swimming pool. The terrace, seating area and fire pit in the garden are free of charge. There is an additional cost of €15 per sauna session for 2 people, which can be arranged on site, or you can book a walk with the horses.

Completed in 2020, the 57 sqm vacation home offers two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom + rain shower as well as a Finnish sauna (50-70 degrees) and a wood-burning stove. An ambience that makes even cold and rainy days cozy. The view from the floor-to-ceiling windows and from the 40 sqm terrace is directed to the large outdoor area and invites you to relax outside in direct contact with nature. Quiet living near the city (Tiny House)

The apartment with separate entrance is located in the annex. It is in a very quiet location, but with good connections to Frankfurt, Fulda and Aschaffenburg. It is important to us that you feel at home and take a break from everyday life. Our apartment is comfortable and equipped to a high standard. We pay great attention to cleanliness and hygiene, and therefore also charge a general cleaning fee of €35. Fresh bed linen and towels are included.

We moved from the city to an old farm in 2016 and live here together with our dog Dago and three cats in the middle of Schwarzenfels, a municipality of the city of Sinntal, below the beautiful Schwarzenfels Castle. We are gradually renovating the farm. In 2020, our "vacation home" project was completed and we are looking forward to our guests.

Welcome to the tiny house in Wipfeld – right on the banks of the Main. Experience the house in person and enjoy luxurious living comfort in a small space. The tiny house is located on the premises of Holzwerke Gleitsmann. As a result, the neighborhood has an industrial character. However, the sawmill is closed and out of operation.
