Living in a farmhouse

You will be staying on the ground floor of the converted side building of the farm. Large garden with 2 ponies by a small stream. We produce wood chips for the heat on the farm. Here there are still 20 chickens with fresh eggs every day, 4 goats. Our dog Jule is very sweet. A small sauna and a swimming pool. The terrace, sitting area, fireplace in the garden are free of charge. Costs for sauna in addition €15 per sauna session for 2 people in consultation on site, or bookable is walking with the horses.

Inside, next to the bed, there is a sitting area with Hukla armchairs, shower and toilet as well as TV and fridge.

The stylish old country house was completely renovated in 2020 and is located in a village of 100 inhabitants without through traffic. The Saale is a 2-minute walk away and the Saale bike path runs through the village. In the village, there is a snack bar where you can get something small to eat. If you love nature and tranquility, this is the place to be. The old country house was lovingly and high-quality restored in 2021. The large kitchen invites you to cook together in the evenings.

Apartment by the pool - the green oasis in Würzburg

Are you looking for a quiet place to stay, would you like to spend your free time in the countryside and at the same time live near the city center? You can do this in our sunny 2-room apartment (65 m²) in Frauenland with a large southwest terrace and direct access to the pool and garden. The pool and garden are also used by us. A kettle grill is available for grilling. With bus lines 14, 114 and 214 you can reach the city center in 10 minutes and the university at Hubland in 2 minutes.

Stay in a historic farmhouse

Kick back and relax – in this quiet, stylish accommodation in an authentic courtyard you will find everything you are looking for to immerse yourself in a break. My courtyard consists of a total of 3 residential buildings, one of which I live in myself. I rent the large gatehouse (157 sqm living space) as well as the former servant's house (2 rooms, 67 sqm). The gatehouse includes a large summer kitchen with fireplace and two cozy bedrooms, one of which is a walk-through room.

Welcome, dear guests, to our stylish and modernly furnished apartment (new building 2020) overlooking the countryside and the in-house garden. The spacious terrace with a kettle grill, hanging chair and seating set invites you to spend cozy hours, while a jump into the 1.5 m deep, heated infinity pool provides refreshment in between (pool use May-Sept). The property is in a quiet, natural location - within walking distance of the new Hubland district with university campus.

The perfect place for a getaway with friends and family! Relax in the spacious log cabin with a special atmosphere! Wonderfully located in the Rhön, with a magnificent view of the countryside stretching into the distance! This is a place of rest and relaxation. Therefore, we would like to specifically point out here that no parties or music are allowed in the outdoor area. It is also suitable for team building or workshops without distraction in a fantastic landscape.

Modernly furnished house with large living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace and everything needed to have a great and cozy time. The absolute highlight is the covered outdoor terrace with outdoor kitchen, gas grill and fireplace for charcoal grilling. Furthermore, there is a second terrace with a large awning and lounge furniture. This terrace connects directly to the 3.5 m x 7.00 m pool. Pool is open from mid-May to the end of September.

Quiet living near the city (Tiny House)

The apartment with separate entrance is located in the annex. It is in a very quiet location, but with good connections to Frankfurt, Fulda and Aschaffenburg. It is important to us that you feel at home and take a break from everyday life. Our apartment is comfortable and equipped to a high standard. We pay great attention to cleanliness and hygiene, and therefore also charge a general cleaning fee of €35. Fresh bed linen and towels are included.
