At Breuningerland there is everything and everything is the best of the best. From Sonnenhaus to Stuttgart city center only 15 km, to Stuttgart airport 15 km (15 min drive), to highway A81, A8 2 km. To Wald, where you can walk and run well, it is only 150 meters. Location is very quiet and beautiful.

Within walking distance is the market square/main train station (about 15-20 minutes). The necessary food and shopping facilities are across the street. The apartment was newly furnished in 2020.
