Ampi spazi esterni con bellissime viste sul lago per godere appieno di momenti all'aperto. Passeggiate nella natura a pochi passi da casa. Il vivace centro di Menaggio si raggiunge con un breve tragitto in auto o una passeggiata di circa 15 minuti (in discesa, un po' di più in salita!). Garage per due/tre auto, Wi-Fi. Piscina da luglio 2024!

Villa Erica with swimming pool on Lake Como

Wonderful villa with pool, a short walk to Piona Bay. It allows you to have exclusive privacy immersed in nature. Inside the house you will find all the comforts and equipment. A few minutes by car from the villa you will find restaurants and the center of Colico with a bar and market. To get to the villa there is a road that runs along the lake, particularly low cars could have difficulties. A tourist tax is required. We speak English and German!
