Please note that these items are intended for your first day and are NOT meant to cover your entire stay. The welcome package includes: Prosecco, Orange Juice, Water, Mini Pastries, Coffee, Tea, Sugar, Salt, Oil, Vinegar, Spices, Toilet Paper, Shampoo, and Shower Gel. Max. 16 people. Self-catering. Lighting: solar energy 24 V. Cooking: gas/wood. Hot water for kitchen & shower (instantaneous water heater). Central heating and 1 stove in the large living room. 1 double & 2 large multi-bed rooms on the upper floor. Panoramic terrace, large lawn with brick fireplace. Access (summer) by car in about 7 minutes, on foot in about 40 minutes. In winter, no access by car is possible. (12/20 - 04/30) Food & luggage transport can be booked. Hot pot with bubbles can be booked in addition.

La Baita on Lake Como

La Baita sul Lago is located in the ancient mountain village of Trobbio at an altitude of 950 meters with an incredible view of Lake Como. It is a small cabin with everything you need to spend beautiful days away from the chaos and noise of the city, completely immersed in nature and its rhythms. The lake can be reached in 20/25 minutes by car, as well as the supermarket. The Cabin can be reached on foot in just 3 minutes from the parking lot, along a comfortable and flat dirt path.

A newly-built detached house with custom-made furnishings. It's located in a quiet area at the foot of the Val Codera and a stone's throw from the lake. It has a private garden where small pets are welcome. A few kilometers from Lake Como and the neighboring town of Verceia, you'll have access to the Tracciolino, an attractive destination for mountain bike enthusiasts. In the winter period, the use of methane gas for heating is paid for separately.
