This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Ideal for long stays are the washing machine and dryer. There is air conditioning on both floors.

It is a cozy apartment for two people located in Meerssen. The apartment is located in a wooded area where you can enjoy hiking and cycling, there is also a nice and neat outdoor swimming pool just 5 minutes' walk away that can be visited for a fee. It is an 8-minute walk to Meerssen station and 10 minutes to the beautiful city center where there are several restaurants and cafes. Furthermore, Maastricht, Valkenburg and Aachen are easily accessible.
