When booking from 2 adults, you have private use of two rooms with private bathroom and separate toilet. Very child friendly. Enjoy our garden as well. Exception: if you book for 1 person, you will have a private room with TV, fridge, microwave. But you may have to share a bathroom and separate toilet.

Busses to Utrecht, Vianen, trainstaton Driebergen-zeist, Amersfoort, Wijk bij Duurstede and Wageningen are within 2 to 5 min walking distance. It's a 20 min bus ride to Utrecht center ('t Neude). Also close to the central highway (A12).

Light and spacious, with over 50m2, there is plenty of room for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

The recently renovated apartment is located in the cozy district of Bottendaal with terraces and cafes in abundance. It is within walking distance of the Central Station, City Centre and Radboud University and Hospital. Parking is also no problem. The street is quiet and green. Mijn ruimte is geschikt voor stellen, solo-avonturiers, zakelijke reizigers en gezinnen. Er wordt geen ontbijt geserveerd Er is een keuken waar je zelf een ontbijt kunt klaarmaken.
