Modern tiny house, newly built and finished in early 2025, located on a pine-covered forest property just 200m from the Baltic Sea beach, perfect for a nature-inspired summer getaway. This beautiful wooden home features a large private terrace, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, and oven, a cozy seating area in an open-plan living and kitchen space, and a bedroom with a box spring bed. The tiny house is not suitable for holidays with your dog.

Old town romance in front of Usedom

Our small apartment (44 m²) in the old town of Wolgast is looking forward to your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. Free parking for smaller cars (quite narrow, up to the size of a VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn runs not far from the apartment to the island of Usedom, as well as bus connections.

A beautiful, modern and rustic, low-energy half-timbered house with thatched roof, Moroccan tiles, oak floorboards and clay plaster walls awaits you. For activities there is a beautiful large garden with a forest swing, free steam sauna, outdoor shower and tub, a standup paddle, a paddle boat and 4 bicycles.

Cozy apartment on the river Peene

Cozy apartment in Loitz the the river Peene at the harbor. Here you can swim, paddle (and rent canoes) and cycle! The apartment is on the ground floor of a renovated house from 1900 and has its own entrance. The apartment is 56m2 and has a living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. There is a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed (1 person) in the living room. If required, we can provide an additional air mattress. The apartment is barrier-free and has no thresholds.

Our small house with garden is ideal especially for couples, whether to find silence or a nature that offers the best conditions for every movement, including surfing. It has a bedroom from which you can step directly into the garden. The fireplace is in the living room. You will find a particularly large terrace where summer life can spread generously. If it gets cooler, you can use our own sauna. Change of occupancy is always on Fridays.

Welcome to our family-friendly alpine hut by the sea for 2 adults and 2 children. Enjoy relaxing wellness moments in our separate sauna hut or use the direct beach access to explore the sea with our stand-up paddleboard. For social evenings, a barbecue area is available – perfect for a barbecue overlooking the sunset. Experience tranquility, nature and adventure in a unique location that guarantees relaxation and unforgettable memories!

Fantastic thatched roof house with direct views of the Achterwasser, very lovingly and modernly furnished. It is an approximately 115 m² vacation home with a large sun terrace for up to six adults + 1 child. At any time of the year, it offers everything you need to relax and unwind. Two double bedrooms and a large family bedroom are available. The downstairs bathroom has a spacious sauna. The fireplace provides romantic coziness.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

It is located on the upper floor in the renovated outbuilding of our courtyard and can accommodate two adults and two children. Just a short walk and you are by the water or in the forest.
