Small chamber: country vacation by the sea | Rügen

The "Kleine Kammer" is part of a more than 300-year-old, family-run thatched-roof house – a place full of history, tranquility and sea air. It covers two floors and offers country house flair with a large kitchen, low living room, two bedrooms. The furnishings are deliberately simple. Many pieces of furniture are antique or come from earlier decades – they preserve the original character of the house. The courtyard is lined with old fruit trees and roses – a retreat for nature lovers.

Charming house 40 km from the Baltic Sea

Next to an old rectory, we have individually expanded a small side room for us, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of past times. Much seems to us to be coherent, some is still in the making. So nothing is standard. What we have not yet considered and is useful for guests can usually be quickly supplemented. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

The Greifswalder Bodden is a lagoon on the south coast of the western Baltic Sea. It is the largest lagoon on the Baltic Sea coast of Western Pomerania. The seaside resort Lubmin is centrally located. The island of Usedom is 16 km away and the island of Rügen 54 km. The Hanseatic city of Greifswald can be reached in 20 minutes by car

From the villa it is only a few meters to Wilhelmstraße, the Baltic Sea and Lake Sellin.

Modern design meets fantastic location: The 89m² apartment 'YOLO' can accommodate 2-5 people and is located in the exclusive apartment house "FIRST Sellin," which opened in 2018. The FIRST is one of the first addresses of the Baltic Sea resort Sellin and is only a few meters from the main beach and the historic pier. Unique highlights include the heated panoramic swimming pool and saunas on the roof of FIRST Sellin, as well as the outdoor pool in the dunes.

Enjoy relaxing wellness moments in our separate sauna hut or use the direct beach access to explore the sea with our stand-up paddleboard. For social evenings, a barbecue area is available – perfect for a barbecue overlooking the sunset. Experience tranquility, nature and adventure in a unique location that guarantees relaxation and unforgettable memories!

Hof 56: Time out or work. Space and nature

Welcome to the tranquil village of Wietstock. The vacation home is located in an elaborately renovated brick house on our spacious courtyard with old trees. It has a separate entrance, a private garden and a nice seating area behind the house. Lovingly furnished, it is ideal for relaxing and unwinding or working in any season. Perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours in the nearby area or excursions towards Usedom.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.
