The Azure Apartment is a brand new modern two bedroom apartment with terrace, balcony, and garden with breathtaking sea views. It consists of: - Combined living room/dining room - Well equipped kitchen Living room and kitchen both open out to a terrace, furnished with solid wood dining set. - Master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a tub - Bedroom with a queen size bed Both bedrooms open out to a beautiful green garden. - Second bathroom with a shower cabin. The bathroom was redone in 2020 and there is now a shower cabin for more comfort. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably. The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of a new luxury residential building. House is located in Lozica ,one of the most peaceful neighbourhood in Dubrovnik with only summer residences and villas around. This apartment occupy a whole house floor. With 3 terraces 2 kitchens 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Fully equipped for longer stays. Beach is located just 100 meter away. 130m2 or 1399.31 square foot with terraces! Note that the Magistrala freeway is passing next to our house so arrival is easy and parking provided!

Cottage Ciara with pool and amazing river/sea view

Peaceful and nature orientated cottage apartment with a swimming pool. Ideal for a couple or a family who want a swimming pool property, but don't fancy paying for a large villa for 10-12 people. It is just 15min ride with a car (or 25min with a bus) from the Old Town of Dubrovnik. If you book a stay of 7 nights or longer, we'll organize a gratis incoming transfer from the airport or port!
