Interesting two-floor interior consists of a living room, kitchen and a dining room combined, two bedrooms with own bathrooms, and a wide terrace with a sea view. The apartment is very spacious and can comfortably host five adults. Each bedroom has a double bed, closet and a working desk with a wireless charging lamp. Extendable corner set sofa in the living room is suitable for 1-2 persons, while the central dining table is extendable for six. Our guests can easily relax in the apartment as it offers three smart LED TVs, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, fully functional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and an extensive selection of kitchen utensils. There is a public parking space in front of the apartment, which is partly free of charge. Beaches, walking trails and parks are all close, together with shops, cafes and bars. Charming, completely new and fully equipped studio apartment in the center of Dubrovnik, only 15-20 minutes walk from the historical Old town and just few steps to the seaside of the Port area . The sandy Bellevue Beach is 10 minutes away while Gruž Ferry Port and the Main Bus Terminal are about 1 km from Tricia. Bus station is in front of the building and it's a 5 minutes ride to the Old town. This apartment offers everything you need for your lovely and memorable holiday!

In front of the entrance is the spacious terrace, which is partly covered and where you will spend for sure the most time. The nearest beach and beautiful promenades along the sea, with restaurants, cafe bars and other leisure activities are in about 10 minutes walking-distance. Dubrovnik's Old Town is about 3 km away and has a rich cultural and entertaining offer.

Seafront apartment and first row to the sea in the family house with traditional Dalmatian restaurant overlooking the sea. Just 4 km far from the Old City and center, 2 km from the Port and 2 km from ACI Marine! Has one bedroom with double beds and extra bed (couch) in living room. The apartment is very well equipped: has LCD TV, Wi-Fi, air-condition, washing machine, good equipped kitchen and there are several free public parking places in front of it.

Cottage Ciara with pool and amazing river/sea view

Peaceful and nature orientated cottage apartment with a swimming pool. Ideal for a couple or a family who want a swimming pool property, but don't fancy paying for a large villa for 10-12 people. It is just 15min ride with a car (or 25min with a bus) from the Old Town of Dubrovnik. If you book a stay of 7 nights or longer, we'll organize a gratis incoming transfer from the airport or port!

It is wonderfully situated, among very few in Dubrovnik so close to the sea. You can relax on a huge private terrace for your exclusive use, swim on the pebbled beaches , or on other secluded spots in the bay. From our terrace you'll have uninterrupted view of the sea all day. Bus stops, supermarkets, walking path and boat rental are nearby. Old Town is 5-10 minutes drive.
