The Azure Apartment is a brand new modern two bedroom apartment with terrace, balcony, and garden with breathtaking sea views. It consists of: - Combined living room/dining room - Well equipped kitchen Living room and kitchen both open out to a terrace, furnished with solid wood dining set. - Master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a tub - Bedroom with a queen size bed Both bedrooms open out to a beautiful green garden. - Second bathroom with a shower cabin. The bathroom was redone in 2020 and there is now a shower cabin for more comfort. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably. The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of a new luxury residential building. Other amenities include: Outdoor dining set, sunlounger, kettle, toaster, blender, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and free parking in case you arrive by car. Baby cot and baby high chair on request. The neighborhood is one of Dubrovnik’s most popular areas, with beaches, seaside promenades, shops, restaurants and cafés. Old town is 4 km away and the nearest public bus stop is 50 m away from the apartment. It consists of 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, fully equipped kitchen, office and specious dining and living room area with terrace overlooking magical roofs and Old port of Dubrovnik. Located just above the Old town in Ploče area, all major attractions and beaches are walking distance.

Apartment Adriatic Allure is a newly renovated, two bedroom apartment located at the centre of Dubrovnik. Enjoy a magnificent view over the Adriatic sea, while having breakfast or drink on a charming balcony. The apartment is located within a 10-minute walk to the Old Town, and just a few minutes walk to the nearby beaches. There are several caffee bars, restaurants and shops in vicinity. Located in the quiet Lapad Bay surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation. This place is ideal for a romantic vacation providing an experience of tranquillity and relaxation just a few meters away from the Adriatic Sea. The Beach is 9 meters away from the apartment. The Old Town is 3 km away and the bus station is only a 5-minute walk, which leads directly to the Old Town. Shops and other amenities are within a 10-minute walk.

Nave Apartment

Nave is a completely new apartment located in a quiet neighbourhood of Ploče. It is 7-10 min. of walking distance from the Old Town and Banje beach is just down the street. With all amenities inside the apartment we made sure our two guests can have a relaxing stay whether it is by sipping wine on the balcony overlooking the Old Town, Lokrum Island and the sea or inside the apartment under the AC gazing at the sea.

Lapad Seafront /large private terrace above sea/

It is wonderfully situated, among very few in Dubrovnik so close to the sea. You can relax on a huge private terrace for your exclusive use, swim on the pebbled beaches , or on other secluded spots in the bay. From our terrace you'll have uninterrupted view of the sea all day. Bus stops, supermarkets, walking path and boat rental are nearby. Old Town is 5-10 minutes drive.
