Our high-quality, fully equipped apartment offers plenty of space for up to seven guests, including pets, to enjoy Bavarian hospitality in this culinary region. You don't have to go without amenities such as playground equipment in the garden, petting rabbits, Wi-Fi, TV, or a washing machine.

Quaint natural hut in the permaculture forest garden

The butterfly house in the Mienbacher forest garden is a place of rest, surrounded by nature. We also like to call the place a wilderness camp. With 4 bunk beds, it is ideal for the family or for friends looking for tranquility amidst the permaculture landscape of the forest garden. We are also a livestock ark and a member of the Naturgarten e. V., so accordingly it creeps and flies, buzzes and hums with us. The toilets and showers are located at the seminar house.

Spacious apartment with three bedrooms: a master bedroom with double bed, a children's room with bunk bed and an additional bedroom/alternative room in the basement. Quiet location in the countryside, ideal for families, couples or friends. Relax on the terrace with a barbecue or enjoy the view from the balcony. The Bavarian Forest, numerous hiking trails and the three-river city of Passau are within easy reach. The separate extension offers a lot of privacy.

Prühmühle: Residential and event house on the water

The farmhouse with seminar and event room is also suitable for celebrations, bachelor parties, weddings, concerts, etc. The location near the city of Eggenfelden can also be used after 10 pm. The historic mill is right on the river, where you can also swim. In the old farmhouse you can live traditionally. The large garden invites you to barbecue and make a fire. Fishing is possible with a day ticket. In the cold season, a barrel sauna can also be organized.

Quiet farm for up to 23 people for group vacations

At the equestrian farm, you can vacation in the middle of the countryside. The farm is also perfect for celebrations as a group, such as birthdays, company events and bachelor parties or the like. There are plenty of excursion options in the surrounding area, such as thermal baths, a golf club, etc. Groups of more than 16 people are welcome to specify the exact number of people when booking or request, additional fees apply from the 17th person.

RV/camper parking space

Stay with us with your camper/motorhome or tent in the beautiful nature! We offer a common room with toilet (without shower) and dining area for cozy get-togethers. Here you have the opportunity to purchase drinks and coffee and wash your laundry for a small amount. In addition, you can rent our grill with charcoal for a small fee if necessary. Unfortunately, there is no sewage connection. The garbage must be disposed of after the stay.
