Our attic studio on the Danube bike hiking trail with a view of Walhalla was built in 2023. It is located in one of the first sustainable buildings in Regensburg in the municipality of Tegernheim. Regensburg with its medieval center is 7 km away and can be reached by bus, car or bike. There you will find an abundance of art, culture and culinary delights. In the loft-style attic studio, you can relax in the cozy dining area, on the balcony in good weather and plan the next day.

A spacious living area is furnished with red leather sofas and a wooden coffee table. Large windows provide natural light and views of greenery outside. A dining table for four and a decorative shelf with plants are also visible, enhancing the inviting atmosphere.
