Non-smoking private room with quaint charm in the heart of the Bavarian forest. I offer a double room with breakfast. There is a toilet and an additional modern bathroom with toilet, shower, mirror and hairdryer. These are shared by all guests. There are no more than 4 guests in the house at the same time. The house sits in a quiet and idyllic setting overlooking the Brotjacklriegel. In the morning there is an extensive breakfast from the local bakery & butcher.

Our house will charm you with a familiar atmosphere and its location directly adjacent to a small burbling stream. You find your double room with ensuite bathroom on the first floor facing our garden. People who love animals will make friends here. A few steps away from our house begin some hiking and biking trails. Please approach me for tips for trips and experiences - I'm always happy to help. Of course you may also simply relax in our big garden.

From this charming property it is not far to popular shops and restaurants. There's a restaurant in the house. There you can reserve a delicious dinner of your choice with the host every day. They should be the focus during the important days of the year. That's why I can highly recommend my place. A stone's throw away, the park begins with numerous opportunities for relaxation or sports. Also the well known Rottal-Terme is easily reachable on foot. And don't forget. The good bourgeois kitchen. Here we have not only represented Italian or Greek restaurants, but also the good Bavarian cuisine in numerous restaurants.

When we created it, we attached great importance to local and natural materials. Nice large private room near university

We offer a private room with en-suite bathroom on the first floor of our house. Refrigerator and coffee maker are available as well as a small induction plate in the bathroom. A travel cot for 1 child up to 3 years could be provided on request. The beautiful old town of Regensburg is easily accessible by bus (10mn) by bike (8mn) or on foot. the university is only a few min walk away.
