Our small apartment is located in the center of the village, exactly between the village on which it overlooks on one side and the lake, which you can admire from the opposite side. A few steps from the main square and all the amenities for a relaxing stay. It offers a cozy yet elegant environment. The style is minimal, clean lines create a contemporary atmosphere, while touches of color through accessories and artwork add personality to the structure.

New and luxurious apartment overlooking the lake, in a residence with a swimming pool open in the summer from 15 June to 15 September (in case of good weather the pool may be open earlier and closed a week later), tennis court, bocce court and park (use included in the price). Extraordinary view. Air conditioning. Own parking space. 150 metres from the centre of the medieval village of Riva di Solto. Three-room apartment + bathroom + 2 terraces.

Enjoy a stylish vacation in this downtown space. A cozy apartment equipped with every comfort just a stone's throw from the central square of Lovere. The Riccio overlooks the provincial road, while from the bedroom window you can admire the lake. Just below the apartment you will find a large public parking lot with numerous free parking lots where you can park your car all day at no cost. Il Riccio also has a very fast wi-fi network!
