The town center with all shops, bus stop and much more can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, the train station with regional and express train station in 10 minutes. The famous lake is a 20-minute walk away.

The separate bathroom with toilet is equipped with a bathtub. The house is in a small village surrounded by a lot of nature. Various hiking and cycling trails start here.

Roof terrace (approx. 28 sqm) with two sun loungers, a table group and great views! Note: There are no 3 separate sleeping options. For three people, two must stay together in the double bed. The sofa is not suitable for sleeping.

Public transport connections with services (VVS) to Stuttgart, Schorndorf, or Schwäbisch Gmünd, which runing every half hour. The region is also perfect for hiking and cycling. The geographical center of the River "Rems" is located in the town.
