Der ehemalige "Schweinestall" wurde zu Garage und Gartenhaus umgebaut. Im Obergeschoß befindet sich die Ferienwohnung. Fachwerk und die ursprüngliche Atmosphäre wurden erhalten.

Genieße stilvolle Tage in dieser zentral gelegenen kleinen Unterkunft. Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, in Laufnähe zur Dorfmitte mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bank, Hairstyling, zum Kurhaus und -park, zur Therme und WALA. Und trotz zentraler Lage ist das Appartment ruhig gelegen und die Terrasse lädt zum Durchatmen ein. Die Gegend am Albtrauf der Schwäbischen Alb ist ideal für Naturliebhaber und Radfahrer*innen. Die Wohnung eignet sich tendentiell für eine Person. Die Terrasse ist öffentlich.

The apartment is cozy and functional for everything you need for relaxing holidays. Arrive and feel at ease. Many leisure activities such as wellness in our "Thermalbad Bad Überkingen", Nighttrauf hiking trails, lion trails , mountain biking, shopping outlet in Metzingen. Traditional companies such as Märklin in Göppingen, WMF outlet in Geislingen/Steige. The A8 motorway can also be reached in 20 minutes. So, optimal conditions for a great holiday.

Cozy rustic room to turn off

The flat is located on the edge of Nattheim, not very far from the edge of the forest and from the skylight, you can see very nicely over Nattheim. The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only needed for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (pictures to follow). Perfect for switching off and unwinding...

The distance to Legoland in Günzburg is about 25 km. The Steiff Museum in Giengen can also be reached in 20-25 minutes. Ulm is 15 km and there you have a lot of opportunities to pass the time.
