Our granny apartment with separate entrance and private terrace on the Oberer Eselsberg is within walking distance of the university and the Science Park. Public parking is right in front of the apartment. More or less directly behind the house you are in the countryside. It is only a few minutes to the bus and tram, as well as to the bakery and grocery store. The botanical garden can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. Legoland is 30 minutes away and Ravensburger Spielerland is 1 hour away by car.

Separate outbuilding with duplex apartment with sleeping gallery, desk, sofa, armchair and table, separate kitchen and shower/toilet, sauna incl. Relaxation area, like-new furnishings, complete renovation in 2001. Landlords live in the main building of a completely refurbished and renovated former farmhouse. The former "pigsty" was converted into a garage and garden house. The apartment is located on the upper floor. The half-timbered construction and the original atmosphere were preserved.

Our bright spacious apartment on the 1st floor offers plenty of space for a trip with friends as well as for the whole family. You are also welcome to installers. Two bedrooms, each with double bed & a living room with large, pull-out sofa, can accommodate up to 6 people. In Gerstettens probably the smallest kitchen with a stove & oven, you can cook something delicious or make a cup of tea. Amenities also include a bathroom with shower and toilet. Laundry is available on request.

Quiet 1 room apartment 35 sqm with beautiful views

The space is a 1-room apartment with separate entrance without kitchen. With coffee maker, kettle, plates, cutlery, glasses, cups and fridge. The bus stop to Ulm is 5 minutes walk (bus line 11 ring traffic) in approx. 15 minutes by car, by bus approx. 25 minutes at Ulm main station. You can reach Legoland Günzburg in about 30 minutes. Blaubeuren (Blautopf) is 15 minutes by car. The Eselsberg University Hospitals can be reached in 15 minutes by car.

The flat is located on the edge of Nattheim, not very far from the edge of the forest and from the skylight, you can see very nicely over Nattheim. The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only needed for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (pictures to follow). Perfect for switching off and unwinding...

Modern apartment with panoramic views

The modern bright apartment (90 m²) is in the center of Bernstadt. A bakery with breakfast café is right in front of the house. To Ulm and the science city, you can drive by car without traffic in 15 minutes, to Legoland also 15 minutes. The large covered terrace to the southwest allows a panoramic view over the Swabian Alps. The distance to Legoland in Günzburg is about 25 km. The Steiff Museum in Giengen can also be reached in 20-25 minutes. Ulm is 15 km and there you have a lot of opportunities to pass the time. If you want to get more in the nature, you can visit the ice age caves in the Lonetal and Achtal valleys. A parking space is directly on the property. In the village, there is a bakery and a butcher. Other shopping possibilities are in about 6km.

Our nice basement apartment has a small kitchenette in the hallway area. This is not suitable for food fried in oil. A shower room and a nice bedroom with a box spring bed and a large flat-screen TV. Wi-Fi access, soundproof windows, very good location between Friedrichsau and city center, Rewe, Lidl and bus stop 100 m away. Downtown is a 15-minute walk. Private access to the backyard.

The sleeping accommodations are equipped with fresh linens. The bathroom is always equipped with freshly washed hand and bath towels. A hairdryer is also available to dry off after bathing.
