Our family will be delighted to welcome you to the old barn next to our house. Here you can enjoy the tranquillity just a stone's throw from Verona and Lake Garda, surrounded by the vineyards of Valpolicella. "La Casetta" is spread over 2 levels. Entrance with living area, kitchenette and small bathroom. On the first floor, there is a spacious double bedroom, a wardrobe and a bathroom. The property is equipped with a queen-size sofa bed, dishwasher, washing machine, satellite TV and air conditioning.

Artist's loft. Original and private

A large open space of 300 sqm, obtained from an ancient 18th-century stable that is part of the historic Palazzo Secco Pastore from the second half of the 15th century. Loft with large windows overlooking the porch (300 sqm) and the park enclosed by ancient walls. I furnished it with passion, creating a mix of various eras, thus obtaining an original, welcoming and comfortable style. A space deliberately out of time! Ideal if you love the real Lombard countryside. I've lived here since 1995.

On the top of a hill, surrounded by vineyards and crops, stands the barn of "Torre Scilano", an enchanting place, located along the "Bregaglia" road, whose background is the Acquafraggia waterfalls. A site that is not only natural, but also historical-archaeological, as the barn stands on the remains of ancient Piuro, a thriving city buried by a landslide in September 1618. This particular historical building is closely linked to the agricultural-cultural territory.

124 acres of fields and woods surround this restored barn built in 1730, part of a tiny private village dating back to the 13th Century. Wonderful view of the hills and countryside, wide country garden. Swimming pool. The place has been published on many lifestyle magazines. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.

Our house is a characteristic renovated barn, warm and welcoming, surrounded by greenery with a private garden with trees and fenced. Only one parking space, the lake is about a kilometer away, a ten-minute walk. Suitable for nature lovers and bikers.
