Walkers Rest at The Hayloft - The Brecon Beacons

Nestled in the beautiful Brecon Beacons National Park, this recent addition to an (ex) 1800s pub is a cosy yet spacious self catering space. Opposite an old church with views across the valley it offers an an ideal getaway with walks in every direction and outdoor activities (canoeing, climbing, horse riding) further afield. Local events include: The Abergavenny Food Festival, Crickhowell Walking Festival, Haye Literary Festival, The Green Man. The village is two miles away with shops and pubs.

The cabin in situated on the edge of the Brecon Beacons close to the market town of Abergaveny, with walks, Cycle rides including mountain biking, cold water swimming. Willow Cottage is located within the Black Mountains, nestled high up on the hillside above the village of Llangattock. Set within the Brecon Beacons National Park. The cottage has fantastic walks from the door, great cycle rides, pony trekking and caving nearby too. Or you can just take a gentle stroll along the Brecon & Monmouth Canal which glides along at the bottom of the hill. Approximately 2 miles away is Crickhowell, with its award winning high street, fabulous pubs and restaurants.
