The ecologically renovated apartment (about 60 square meters) is located on our Sonnenpferde farm in a secluded location in the Lippe mountains. It consists of a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (bed 1.40 × 2 m and children's travel bed), living room (with sheep sofa, dining area & TV), as well as anteroom with bed and play corner. So there are 6 beds and a baby crib available. This includes a south-facing terrace. Many animals live on our farm. Visiting dogs are welcome. Riding lessons for children are possible.

We (Armin (67), Heidi (61) and Waltraud (84) live in a 2-family house with 50 sqm attic apartment in a district of Bielefeld and yet very central. A bakery, dentist, restaurant, ice cream parlor, Aldi, Lidl, Takko, Schuhpark and a large supermarket are within walking distance. By "bus" you are in the city at the train station on the boulevard with its cinemas, pubs and restaurants in 17 minutes. The connection to the highway is very good (about 7 minutes). 50 sqm in a unique idyll with animals and a beautiful river landscape in the middle of the village. It is well connected in terms of transport and you can shop well in the immediate vicinity (various discounters). Lemgo-Lüttfeld train station is a 15-minute walk or easily accessible by bus. “Brake Markt” and “Danziger Straße” are only a few meters away and take you to the historic city center. The marketplace is a 1.8 km walk You will find a cozy end in our garden.

In this former barn, which was rebuilt and renovated in 2022, there is our 27 sqm apartment on the ground floor, with a bright and airy appearance by 3.50 m ceiling height with a fitted kitchen, sofa bed, shower room, fireplace and small outdoor terrace. Enjoy life at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The historic city center is very close and can be explored directly on foot. The Wall, the retail park and Mittelstraße are about 200 m away. The EauLe (swimming pool & sauna) is also less than 700 meters away. Free parking is available as well as a private entrance to the apartment and access to the garden and terrace. Unfortunately no pets are allowed (allergy).

NEU: Direkt neben „Mono" steht ein weiteres Haus, „Nest im Wald“. Kann man auch besuchen. Oder beide… „Mono“ ist ein vor Jahrzehnten ausgebauter Trailer. Im Zuge einer Komplettsanierung bekam es 2020 rundum ein Timber-Frame-Skelett (neues Dach, neue Dämmung etc.) und damit eine erste Etage. Größe: 3,20 mal 13 Meter. Es heißt "Mono", da sein Außen, so wie auch jeder Raum innen, von hauptsächlich einer Farbe bestimmt wird.
