The ecologically renovated apartment (about 60 square meters) is located on our Sonnenpferde farm in a secluded location in the Lippe mountains. It consists of a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (bed 1.40 × 2 m and children's travel bed), living room (with sheep sofa, dining area & TV), as well as anteroom with bed and play corner. So there are 6 beds and a baby crib available. This includes a south-facing terrace. Many animals live on our farm. Visiting dogs are welcome. Riding lessons for children are possible.

The kitchen with dining area is fully equipped and includes an electric stove with oven, fridge, sink, kettle, toaster, etc. The apartment has a new and modern bathroom. The apartment has recently been completely renovated. The walls have been finished with anti mold plates & cleaning.

The apartment is located in a small district of Leopoldshöhe. Surrounding larger cities such as Bielefeld, Detmold, Lemgo, Bad Salzuflen, Herford are about 10 km away. The connection to the A2 is 4 km away. We live on the second floor. The apartment is on the first floor. The bed in the bedroom measures 140 × 200. Since many guests do not find this information, I would like to point out again that the maximum length of stay is 14 days.

Welcome to beautiful Detmold! Our apartment is super central - right on the market square. So restaurants, shops, stores, snacks, hairdressers or pubs are right outside the front door. The numerous sights of the region are wonderfully accessible by bus. Buses run 3 minutes away. A cheap parking space is 5 minutes by walk. The apartment is on the second floor of one of the oldest buildings in Detmold, with cozy old building charm.

In my lovingly furnished apartments you will find the ideal starting point for tours around the Externsteine, the Hermann Monument and all other worthwhile excursion destinations in Lipperland. The apartments are centrally located yet in the countryside. There are shops, pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance, and the Externsteine are 'around the corner.' The apartments are non-smoking apartments, no pets allowed.

The attic apartment is available for you in our house. It consists of 1.5 rooms plus a private bathroom. Possibility to make coffee, microwave, fridge & TV are in the room as well as a workstation. There are no additional fees. The large garden with barbecue facilities can be used.
