A lovingly converted farm trailer is offered here as a tiny house. This small, cozy home was built with great care, mostly from reclaimed materials—a true upcycling project with unique charm. Nothing is polished or perfect; instead, you’ll find a rustic, warm atmosphere and beautiful views of the forest, river, and meadows. Several inviting seating areas around the house invite you to relax. Right by the pond in front of the tiny house, there’s a fire pit and a barbecue area.

Our cabins are intended for people looking for a special place to stay for a short time. Each cottage for 2 people is 3 × 3 meters and very lovingly and comfortably furnished. One night including breakfast, bed linen and towels that you might not forget so quickly!

The place is close to Hannover Messe, Laatzen, Hanover City. Parking is available free of charge. The fair takes about 15 minutes by car (16 km). Hanover Central Station is 22 minutes away from Bennigsen (1.4 km away). From Lüdersen it is 5 minutes by bus to Bennigsen and then 22 minutes to Hanover. From there it is still 20 minutes by train to the fairgrounds.
